Born and raised in Italy, chef Giuliano Berta is a new executive chef at Medici Kitchen & Bar. He initially learned cooking skills and nutritional facts at a very young age from his mother. Engaging and energetic, he is passionate about culinary creativity. Preparing simple time-honoured dishes that exemplify his country’s heritage, he adds innovative contemporary techniques to bring each one to life with difficult elements and original presentation. Ensuring that dining at Medici Kitchen & Bar is the ultimate Italian dining experience in Bangkok, he definitely brings a wealth of skills and valuable knowledge to Medici Kitchen & Bar.
